Catwoman and Vicki
Wale to start out seem to have a few similarities, maybe those that look as if
they continuously attract our batman. Both of these two women had sought
something, had a goal in their own eyes and felt as they could never please
those at work. Rather if it was so blunt as wanting a husband to come home to
(catwoman) love, cherish and appreciate
her or take the next picture that would be published on everyone front page
paper later that evening or early that morning. These ladies to, had a past and
motive behind them.
Catwoman has not
always had the confidence, charisma, “balls” and sex appeal that she obtained
at the end of the film. Catwoman is originally Selina Kyle. Selina was a
typical young lady who had the same everyday routine, until she was murdered
and brought back to life by the cats of the city. The former non confident
citizen had now contained the most secure attitude and persona she had ever
seen let alone experienced in her own life time.
Catwoman (Selina),
first met Bruce Wayne at a meeting with her former boss and her executioner Shrek
. The man whom had pushed her out the window and thought he disposed of her
being. This scene marked the beginning of Batman and Catwomans’ relationship.
Immediately they
both found an interest within one another as they both met as Bruce and Selina
they did not know what truly laid within one another.
When they were in
the character, the[OT1]
two batman and cat woman had strictly had a hateful but still lustful relationship.
The two characters both had a dominancy to their ways which made the two clash.really
becoming against one another when batman defended himself against her when
fighting an hitting her an then following to her slighting down a rooftop but he still
saved her although she attacked him first.
While they were
completely different when they were in their normal look as normal citizens
they had a real connection between one another. Although it seemed to others as
more lustful that was beside the point Tim Burton made it seem like a deeper
feelings from the point on of them being at the banquet and discovering one another
real identity .
This made their
relationship complicated because there alter character was in hate of one
another but there reality had a different connection. This made it hard for
them when it came to being in there alter characteristics to do what needed to
be done in their own view point of one another
I think that Selina Kyle and Bruce Wayne had a relationship before becoming Batman and Catwoman because the two seemed to know each other before meeting as their counterparts. I didn't notice how both of them clash because of their dominancy but I totally see what you mean now since you explained it. I feel as if Selina Kyle's transformation into Catwoman is a metaphor to how women are repressed and what they could do if they are unleashed. I wonder if Catwoman was hiding inside Selina Kyle the entire time or rather vice versa. I really liked the part in the movie where they both find out about each other at the party and their reactions to each other. I think that is the ultimate "oh shit" moment.

I like your description of Selina Kyle and how she made a drastic transformation looks an personality wise when she became Catwoman. Before she was shy, timid, and Kept to herself but when she transformed into Catwoman. Vicki Vale and Selina Kyle are completely different, Vicki Vale is shy and isn't as upfront with sexual comments and actions as Selina Kyle is. Batman had two complete opposite women
